2 Chainz, born Tauheed Epps on September 12, 1977, is an acclaimed American rapper, songwriter, and media personality. Initially known by his former stage name, Tity Boi, he gained prominence as one half of the Southern hip-hop duo Playaz Circle, alongside his longtime friend and fellow rapper, Dolla Boy. The duo garnered acclaim with their hit single “Duffle Bag Boy” featuring Lil Wayne, which dropped in 2007.
Epps adopted the name 2 Chainz in 2011 and has since enjoyed a successful solo career. His debut album “Based on a T.R.U.
