About Acceptance
Biography / Discography
Acceptance is an American pop punk band from Seattle, Washington, formed in 1998. The group established themselves in the pop punk scene following the release of their debut album, Phantoms, in 2005. The band’s early discography included EPs Lost for Words (2000) and Black Lines to Battlefields (2003), which was later re-released with live bonus tracks.
After a period of inactivity, Acceptance reunited in January 2015 and returned to recording and touring. The band marked their return with the single ‘Take You Away’ in May 2015, their first new music in over a decade. They released a second studio album, Colliding by Design, in 2017, followed by Wild, Free in 2020, demonstrating their continued commitment to performing and creating music for their fanbase.
