Aurora Night

A booking request for Aurora Night can be submitted with the proposed date, city, country, event type, venue and required performance format.

BnMusic can coordinate the inquiry with the Aurora Night. BnMusic does not represent Aurora Night and an inquiry should not be interpreted as confirmation that a particular private or corporate event will be accepted.

The event must first be reviewed for availability, commercial terms and artist approval.

There is no single public Aurora Night booking fee that can be applied to every engagement.

A commercial proposal can depend on the date, country, event type, performance format, routing, production requirements and other conditions attached to the proposed engagement.

BnMusic’s current Aurora Night page also states that the final booking price varies according to factors including destination, travel and event type.

For meaningful pricing, submit the actual event rather than relying on an old fee found online.

Aurora Night availability must be checked for the exact date and location.

Aurora Night‘s public touring calendar on the artist’s website is useful for understanding announced concerts and routing, but it should not be treated as a complete private-booking calendar.

BnMusic can submit the proposed date with Aurora Night and event information for consideration.

For a serious Aurora Night inquiry, provide:

• exact event date;
• city and country;
• event type;
• venue;
• venue capacity;
• indoor or outdoor format;
• proposed artist set time;
• required performance format;
• event schedule;
• production information;
• travel and accommodation proposal;
• commercial offer or budget parameters.

These fields closely match the information requested through BnMusic’s formal artist offer process.

For a major international artist, a detailed request is more useful than simply asking, “How much is Aurora Night?”

The initial request is reviewed before it is submitted or discussed with the relevant artist representatives.

If the proposed engagement moves forward, the process can include:

1. availability review;
2. commercial offer;
3. artist or management approval;
4. negotiation of performance terms;
5. contract;
6. deposits and remaining payments;
7. production and rider review;
8. travel and accommodation;
9. final event logistics.

An indication that a date may be possible is not the same as a completed Aurora Night booking.

When touring, artists typically perform with their full line-ups.

However, it should not be assumed that this specific format and full line-up will automatically apply to every private or corporate event.

The available format and line-up for each private event must be agreed upon individually with the Aurora Night.

Once you submit a request with all the details regarding your event, we will discuss it with the Aurora Night‘s management and provide you with a definitive answer regarding the line-up and format for your show.

There are no grounds to publish information regarding a standard performance duration for a private event unless it has been confirmed for the specific performance by Aurora Night being planned.

Typically, the performance duration is agreed upon with Aurora Night based on the client’s preferences and the format of the performance.

Accordingly, the actual performance duration stipulated by the contract must be specified in the client’s commercial proposal and the event agreement with the artist.

The official sources do not provide a public technical rider for a private shows.

Technical requirements should therefore not be invented from photographs, previous concerts or another shows.

Once the performance format is established, the organizer or production company should review the current rider supplied for the proposed engagement.

This allows stage, sound, lighting, backline, power and other requirements to be planned against the correct production.

Not necessarily.

A private or corporate engagement may still be subject to its own available format, performance duration, production requirements and commercial conditions.

For this reason, the public tour is useful factual context, but it should not be copied into a private-event proposal as though all conditions are identical.
