About Dzidzio
Biography / Discography
DZIDZIO (Ukrainian: ДЗІДЗЬО) is a Ukrainian comedy band formed on 9 September 2009 in Novoiavorivsk, Lviv Oblast. The group gained widespread popularity through their humorous musical performances and distinctive visual identity centered on Meison, a pig whose snout serves as the band’s logo. DZIDZIO has built a reputation as one of Ukraine’s leading comedy acts.
The band has released three studio albums: ХА-ХА-ХА (Ha Ha Ha) in 2012, DZIDZIO Хіти (DZIDZIO Hits) in 2014, and DZIDZIO SUPER-PUPER in 2018. Beyond their recording work, DZIDZIO has achieved notable visibility in Ukrainian popular culture, including a television appearance in the first episode of the first season of the comedy-drama series Servant of the People, where they performed the song Sama-sama. The band also performed benefit concerts in support of the Euromaidan movement during that significant period in Ukrainian history.
Since 2017, the ensemble has consisted of four musicians: Dzidzio, L’amour, Agrus, and Rumbambar. DZIDZIO is available to book for festivals, corporate events, television appearances, and live performances.
