Secret Service

To request Secret Service for a private party, corporate event, wedding, festival or public concert, send BnMusic the proposed event date, city and country, event type, venue and preferred performance format.

BnMusic will review the request and coordinate the availability and commercial terms for the proposed engagement.

A booking should only be considered confirmed after the event has been accepted and the required contractual conditions have been completed.

Secret Service‘s official website currently lists BnMusic and shows@bnmusic-artists.com as booking contacts.

Secret Service does not have one fixed public fee that applies to every event.

The final quote can depend on the event date, destination, type of event, performance format, travel routing and production requirements.

For Secret Service, travel arrangements can have a direct effect on the total event budget because the currently published rider includes flights, ground transportation, accommodation and hospitality requirements for the travelling party.

Send the event details to shows@bnmusic-artists.com to request current commercial terms for the actual date and location.

Secret Service availability should be checked for the exact event date and destination.

A date that appears free on a public concert calendar should not automatically be treated as available because private events, travel days or provisional bookings may not be publicly visible.

Provide the date, city, country and event type to BnMusic so the proposed engagement can be checked.

Availability is not the same as a confirmed booking; commercial terms and contractual conditions still need to be agreed.

For an accurate Secret Service booking request, provide:

• event date;
• city and country;
• event type;
• venue or proposed venue;
• approximate audience size;
• indoor or outdoor event;
• proposed show time;
• requested performance duration;
• available production;
• approved budget range, if available.

Production information is particularly useful for Secret Service because the current published rider specifies professional sound equipment, stage monitoring and wireless microphone requirements and ect.

Secret Service is available for select private, corporate events, parties and festivals.

Secret Service‘s current official booking presentation features original member of Secret Service and describes performances using the original studio playbacks.

The type of performance (playback show or live band show) and the lineup and number of performers may vary depending on the client’s preferences and requirements.

The exact stage configuration should still be confirmed for the requested date because the available performance format may vary between engagements.

BnMusic first reviews the event information and checks the proposed engagement.

If Secret Service is available and the event is acceptable, the next stages normally include:

1. commercial proposal;
2. agreement on performance terms;
3. contract;
4. payments according to the agreed schedule;
5. technical rider review;
6. flights and accommodation;
7. ground transportation;
8. final production and event coordination.

The exact sequence can vary according to the event.

The standard duration of a performance at a private event is 45–60 minutes.

However, the length of the show can be adjusted to suit the client’s or organizer’s preferences.

An Secret Service can perform anything from a single song to a full 60-minute set.

Every artist has a technical rider listing the equipment required for their performance.

The technical rider is provided upon request, taking the client’s preferences into account.

Before sending the rider, we need to know the key parameters and dimensions of the stage, as well as the venue specifications.

We also need details regarding the type and duration of the performance, and the specific tracks you would like the Secret Service to perform.

Based on all this information, a custom technical rider is prepared for your event.
