What is a key to Roberto Zanetti’s success?
The future musician started playing piano at the age of 14. His first success came in 1978, when he was a member of “Santarosa”. Their hit song “Souvenir” was sold in a run of more than 200 000 copies. In 1980 Zanetti founded the band “Taxi” together with Adelmo Fornaciari. A year after “Taxi” became the winner of the song festival in Castrocaro. The band releases a single “To Miami”, which got on top of Italian music charts.
Since 1983 Roberto has started up his own music project under the name “Savage”. His first album “Tonight” was commercially successful. It was followed by no less popular singles (“Radio”, “Time”, “A Love Again”) and albums, such as Capsicum (1986), Goodbye (1989) and Strangelove (1994). As a music producer Zanetti uses the stage name Robyx and is a founder of Robyx Productions, Extravaganza Publishing and World Attack Records (DWA).
